05/06/09


Today will be a rest day, Its raining. After two days of doing 4 miles its probably a good idea. If I end up hurting myself, I would have a lot more days off than I would like. I find reading about running and different routines helps keep you motivated. When I did this before I had no blog it really helps to see people reading and commenting. Its a positive motivation thats for sure.

  1. Limo Guy- You're going to make it. Keep up that drive and determination and you'll go the whole distance. No doubt about it.

    I've gotta find a good protein drink to keep up my energy and turn that blubber into muscle.

  2. Chicken,fish and turkey. Plus I got a jug of this Muscle milk protien, I only drink it right after I get done running then I drink a lot of water throught the day. Wally can probably explain protien better than me. I always considered one protien as good as another. I don't really think there is a difference?
